Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies (GF)

These flourless peanut butter oatmeal cookies are incredibly soft and delicious. They make the perfect comfort food and besides being healthy, they are vegan and gluten-free. You only need 5 simple ingredients that you might already own in your kitchen and about 15 minutes of your time. These cookies are super easy to make even your little ones can join in to help you. The great thing about this recipe is that you can totally customize it, so feel free to change the ingredients to your liking. 

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter (a quick tip is to microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup 
  • 1 Flax Egg
  • A Hand Full Of Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  1. Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to scoop out the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  1. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
