DIY Aloe Vera Mask For Glowing Skin

ALOE VERA: Aloe vera is anti-inflammatory, contains amino acids, vitamins A and C. It moisturizes and hydrates the skin. It can help treat acne, prevents new signs of wrinkles, and gives a radiant glow.

VITAMIN E OIL: Vitamin E oil can reduce hyperpigmentation and lessen the appearance of wrinkles. It contains antioxidant properties that help fight free radicals, moisturizes, and maintains your skin healthy and glowy.

COCONUT OIL: Coconut oil contains antioxidants such as vitamin A and vitamin E, which can help slow down aging. It contains amino acids and antimicrobial properties that can help treat acne. It increases collagen production and hydrates dry skin.

HONEY: Honey is a natural moisturizer that can make your skin healthy and soft. It contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help treat acne. It reduces and prevents wrinkles and keeps the skin looking young and glowy.


 INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp aloe vera gel
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or any oil of choice)
  • 1/4 tsp vitamin e oil
  • 1 tsp raw honey



DIRECTIONS:

1.) In a bowl, add the aloe vera, coconut oil, vitamin e, and honey. (note: If your coconut oil is solid, melt it over low heat until it melts.)
2.) Mix everything well to combine all the ingredients.



HOW TO USE:

1.) Apply an even layer of the mask on clean skin.
2.) Wait 10-15 minutes, gently wipe the mask off with a damp washcloth.
